I ordered several bags from this site. They had many styles I had not seen before and I was both excited and nervous. I can say now to any who are afraid, this company does excellent work and the customer service is exceptional. They respond within 24 hours (unless is a holyday as stated).
The packing is great, shipping is fast. The bags themselves are perfect. They don't even need treated, as some leathers do, because these bags were smooth and supple with enough moisture I didn't need to do more conditioning.
Quite frankly, you get a fantastic REAL LEATHER bag, for better price than many “vegan leathers” at department stores.
I already placed a second order and will most likely come back closer to Christmas time for more.

Bought the snow version and it will be my winter bag. I did get the 30 and it could be large but at Holyday time in November/December larger bag may be necessary. I love the look and feel of these bags. I am ordering the rainy day grey next, but smaller.
