Usually a five star but unfortunately not this time … ordered small Lindy , texted and called to make sure I was getting the short strap as pictured … my last one had a long strap … was promised that that is what came with the small bag … it wasn’t . Started making the bag thinking they could send me the short strap but apparently they didn’t have it . Would not have ordered the Lindy if I had known ,there are others I like .. really no way for them to make it right so it is what it is. By the way I have made many bags .. Lindy is no way a bag for beginners !

I ordered the medium 25cm in Anemone and it is HUGE! Transferring everything over from my Birkin 30 still leaves me almost half a purse. If I order another Lindy, I will definitely get the mini.
The strap is a great length for me to wear as a shoulder bag as holding the two handles together all the time isn't really convenient or comfortable. A small part of the stitching was messed up and Popsewing CS responded immediately. The joint decision was they would send me a repair kit with everything I would need so I could fix it myself.
I received the bags today (I could not decide between two colors), and once I got all the protective wrapping off, I saw immediately the it was worth the risk! The bags are beautiful, the leather, the stitching and the hardware are perfect. I own many bags, but these two will be my spring and summer mainstays. And I know I will be ordering more next autumn. I am very happy, and I thank you.
